Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

Welcome to the Carolina Pest Patrol website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and certain online services provided by Carolina Pest Patrol. By using this website, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or submitting information through the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Carolina Pest Patrol provides residential and commercial pest control services. Services offered, availability, pricing, treatment methods, and service areas may change from time to time.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee that a particular treatment or service will be appropriate for every property or pest condition.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments requested or scheduled through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by Carolina Pest Patrol.

Customers agree to provide accurate contact, property, and service information when scheduling an appointment.

Certain services may require access to specific areas of the property. The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to areas necessary for inspection or treatment and for following any preparation instructions provided by Carolina Pest Patrol.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website may be subject to change. The final price for a service may depend on factors including the type of pest, size and condition of the property, severity of the infestation, treatment required, and frequency of service.

Additional services requested or conditions discovered during an inspection may result in additional charges. Any applicable payment terms will be provided at the time of service or as part of a separate service agreement.

4. Recurring Pest Control Plans

Certain Carolina Pest Patrol services may be offered as recurring or ongoing pest control plans.

The frequency of service, pricing, included treatments, cancellation terms, and other conditions applicable to a recurring plan may be described in a separate service agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and a signed or accepted service agreement, the terms of the service agreement will control.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Customers should contact Carolina Pest Patrol as soon as reasonably possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.

Repeated missed appointments or failure to provide access to the property may result in rescheduling, additional charges where permitted and previously agreed upon, or termination of recurring service.

6. Pest Control Results

Pest activity can be affected by weather, neighboring properties, sanitation conditions, structural conditions, landscaping, moisture, food sources, and other factors outside the control of Carolina Pest Patrol.

While our goal is to provide effective pest management, no pest control treatment can guarantee that pests will never return.

Customers may be required to take reasonable corrective or preventative actions recommended by our technicians in order to achieve and maintain effective pest control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning known pest activity, property conditions, pets, sensitive areas, and other circumstances that may affect treatment.

Customers are also responsible for following any safety, preparation, re-entry, cleaning, or other instructions provided before or after treatment.

8. Children and Pets

Customers are responsible for ensuring that children and pets are kept away from treatment areas when instructed by Carolina Pest Patrol technicians and for following all instructions concerning when treated areas may be safely re-entered.

Please inform us before treatment of any unusual circumstances involving pets, animals, aquariums, or sensitive areas of the property.
